Rex See Wildcat Run Pass the Jets

Monday night football marked the thrilling end to Week 5 of the NFL season. Rex Ryan's New York Jets found that it is not an easy task to stop the Wildcat offense of the Miami Dolphins. Quarterback Chad Henne was spectacular in the victory over the Jets. He threw for 241yards and two touchdowns. The Wildcat may be a gimmick offense but defensive minds that led the Jets could not stop the effectiveness of the gimmick offense. Jets saw 110 yards amassed with the use of the Wildcat. It was led by both runningbacks Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams.

Dolphins controlled the clock as the Jets defense could not find an answer for the Wildcat offense. The 31-27 victory for the Miami allowed the team to get back into the hunt of things. Braylon Edwards had big game along with the rookie QB Mark Sanchez. The offense put points on the board but the usual great defense of the Jets was not there.

Overall, the Dolphins offense was impressive that pulled victory out in the end. It once again adds to the mystique of executing the Wildcat in a game. Dolphins have shown that it works. With the emergence of Chad Henne, it could mean more potent offensive attack for the Dolphins. Ronnie Brown scores the winning touchdown from two yards out. Brown also threw a pass in the game from the Wildcat. It shows that the Wildcat formation is quite versatile. Jets saw how well the Wildcat be ran and result was another loss for them in the young season.----------------------------------------
